![]() Showing up is only enough if you want to accept mediocrity Showing up with expectations, commitments, goals, & an insatiable need to surpass your best, even on the toughest days, is necessary for growth Going through the motions is not acceptable The more you commit to what needs to be done, when it needs to be done then the more likely you are to continue doing so Not just when you’re going to the gym, prepping your meals, practicing posing, or around check in times But every day, in every way Putting the laundry away, going out of your way to pick up the fuzz that’s been on the floor too long, doing that thing that you keep saying “oh yeah I have to do that eventually” the next time you think of it, being proactive & preemptive with consideration of all circumstances & potential outcomes, and caring about yourself enough to recognize when you’re justifying limiting thoughts, beliefs, & behaviors The ability to do more than show up starts with believing you’re worthy of doing so, is developed by practicing in even the “simplest” ways, & reinforcing the effort with positive affirmations, self-recognition, celebration, and continues when you honor yourself & the work you’ve done enough to keep going BUILD MORE THAN JUST A BODY Learn more about developing that champion mindset with direct guidance, support, & resources here: www.celestial.fit/ondemand
