![]() I always knew I wanted to run a business. I believed making a living doing what I love & making an impact would provide me a life of happiness. I was right!🥰 I wouldn’t trade the years of building, education, doubt, trials & errors, setbacks, investments, clients, mistakes, worries about if anything was ever going to work, support seeking, droning on about all the biz dreams & ideas, development, tears, traveling, speaking, writing, research, mistakes, wins, learning to delegate, & good honest work for anything. I may not have known how everything would play out or how much would change from when I first started but if I knew then, what I know now, I wouldn’t have been prepared to take all of it on. I had to endure & embrace all the phases of pursuing my passion to really value & be prepared for each next step. When people talk about the entrepreneurial “spirit” I can definitely say it’s always lived in me. But if it weren’t for the support and encouragement of my family, I don’t know if I would’ve let it free or have been prepared to do everything required! It’s not “easy” by any means but I was prepared for this from a young age. I remember writing my first “contract” around 8 years old for my dad to sign as my first interior design client (my business was design by celeste & I asked for a website domain & website builder subscription for my bday as well as a camera so my dad could film videos of me & put on his YouTube & I went through a phase of wearing business clothes to grade school🥲) My dad always reminded me that if you’re going to offer services you must overdeliver. He pushes me to be better. My grandpa always said that a job worth doing is worth doing right. My mom encouraged me to follow my dreams & to keep learning, improving myself, & investing to be better. My sister would have long talks with me when I was down or upset and help me to stay focused on my goals. Her endless encouragement, validation, & belief in me kept me and keeps me going in tough times. I am grateful to do what I love but it wouldn’t be possible without the support of family, friends, & clients. ❤️😭 thank you for supporting the mission, #BUILDMORETHANJUSTABODY
