The Real Reason Why People Can Wake Up Early for the Royal Wedding and Stay Awake for Hollywood Award Nights but not have 20 minutes for the Gym

TRUTH: People can wake up early for the royal wedding, stay awake for Hollywood award nights, and post all about it on social media but can’t even find 20 minutes for the gym, 10 for a good meal, and 5 for some mindfulness.


I’m not surprised, in fact, I’m not even mad, upset, or the least bit confused to be honest with you.


This is not a post about me telling you how to make priorities or goals either.


This here is purely an example of how powerful our minds can be when we set out to experience, enjoy, and benefit from something.


You and your mind agree on various beliefs such as;
• “Watching this will be fun”
• “I will wake up and enjoy my morning in pjs drinking tea and fantasizing it’ll be magical!” 
• “I will get to see the hottie from my fav movie/band and you know yo girl wouldn’t miss that!”
• “I’ll have something to talk to other people about so i have to do this!” 
• “Ooo it’ll give me ideas for my biz”


All with regard to these types of things, so what do you do? you do them!!


But...you and your mind have also formed other beliefs that have stopped you from doing things to experience, enjoy, and benefit from taking care of the greatest asset to your soul (your body) and your soul itself.


You know things in the categories of: movement, fuel, and connection to oneself.


Beliefs like; 
•“I just don’t have time for this right now” 
•“The children, my husband, all my loved ones need me” 
•“I have too many calls to make I can’t even begin to think about that, I have to make money don’t I!?” 
•“Working out is hard!” 
•“Meal prepping takes sooo much time I can’t commit to that” 
•“I’m horrible at meditating”


All these beliefs holding you back from YOURSELF and having the best possible human experience.


My point in this post is NOT to “give things up” or “make sacrifices” or to “feel bad about your choice to get up or stay up for tv but not take care of your body”


Rather, this is to showcase that you have the power to shift your mindset, re-wire your belief systems, and develop thought patterns that allow you to go and do the things that will support you in having a healthy body and a happy soul in this life WITHOUT having to force it or ‘make sacrifices’.


It’s just new choices, new opportunities, new ways to invest the minutes of your day.


And if I actually told you, the ONE THING YOU NEEDED to achieve your dream body, lifestyle, and all goals in between, maybe you would see, that this whole “taking care of yourself” thing is SOOO much easier than all these industries have led you on to believe 😉.
