This is a great tool to use to evaluate where your life might be out of whack.
There are 7 Dimensions of Wellness and by keeping them balanced you will have a higher level of well-being.
Don't get me wrong, it can be really difficult to balance all dimensions (intellectual, occupational, physical, emotional, spiritual, social, and environmental) but if you can even so much as heighten your awareness about how each plays a role in your life, you'll begin making better choices to even the balance sheet.

You don't have to make this a big project, just think about it today.
Ask yourself; if I were to have total balance in my life, what would I need to change and why would that be valuable to me?
Asking yourself why it is important/valuable just allows you to connect an emotional driver to the change so it goes beyond 'just achieving greater wellbeing
