Never forget to embrace yourself in times of pain or hardship. You deserve your full attention to build instead of break. Listen to your heart and souls just as you would listen to your body in the gym. Reflect and recover my friends. You are a bad ass so build on this and know that it is okay to not automatically feel positive after an event that makes you upset, but recognize that to dwell over things that have the capability to BUILD YOU more than break you is not what you deserve.
This week has been interesting to say the least. I can look at it in a few different ways: 1. It's been terrible 2. It didn't go as planned 3. The losing out of certain opportunities has reminded me to continue to work hard, make positive changes in people's health, confidence, and happiness in my own unique and powerful way and most importantly KEEP PUSHING. I will be completely honest with you, the first day I chose the first option. The second day I chose the second option. All three days the third option came to mind. But not until the third day was it an absolute. If this resonated with you please share this with your family and friends. We will constantly be faced with these events that can either break us or make us. It is important to always remember your why! Why are you doing what you do? Why is your life and the things you want to fill it with so important? Like I always say, What do you DESERVE? Don't give yourself less because someone or something made you feel a certain way. Take a day for yourself, reflect, and wake up as even more of a badass. 💪🏻👊🏻
