![]() 3:45am wake up calls don’t phase you as much when you have goals and love what you’re doing. I took this picture before hitting fasted cardio early on one of my many prep mornings. I never complained about the workouts, meals, or posing I needed to do. I always found a way to fit everything into my day. When you want something bad enough, and you have the proper guidance to achieve it, you should be HAPPY to do what needs to be done. When you aren’t truly passionate or excited about goals, you’ll find yourself complaining more. Maybe it’s not about what you are doing, but what you should pursue instead. If you don’t like crunching numbers, you wouldn’t pursue accounting. If you don’t like painting, you wouldn’t become a painter. So if you don’t like the grind of competing, you shouldn’t be a competitor. There’s a difference between being someone who loves to workout and nourish your body properly and being a competitor. Your life, your choices, your goals should all be aligned with you and what makes you feel most fulfilled. If it’s not fulfilling you, it’s killing you. Choose what makes you happy regardless of expectations, pressures, ‘shoulds’, and anything else external. Only you know what is best for yourself, be okay with that. Choosing what makes you happiest starts with self love! Need some support? Apply for my 1:1 Self-Love and Personal Development Coaching HERE
