![]() What does ‘being fit’ mean to you? I get messages from people often asking me to help them ‘get fit’ or ‘in shape’ but what does this actually mean for you? Everyone’s idea of this can be different and it’s important to be very clear with yourself on what your standards are, what qualifies as ‘excellence’ to you, and where you truly want to take yourself too. And being OKAY with what YOU desire... Not only this but keeping in mind that some goals are actually unrealistic. Normally I wouldn’t say this but through competing I’ve come to learn that the extreme lifestyle I live to compete is not one a average person would seek out therefore to be an average person who wants to only workout 2-3x a week and eat whatever they want but a little healthier without tracking etc is not going to get to the particular lean and muscular shape they want that maybe someone they follow online who works out multiple times a day, measures and tracks everything, has a restrictive diet all to step on stage has. There’s a fine line between setting goals to push yourself and setting unrealistic goals. WHAT kind of life do you want to live? HOW do you want to be able to live your life to achieve your goals? WHY is this important to you? Ask yourself these questions then let me know what does ‘being fit’ mean to YOU? Very curious and can’t wait to hear your thoughts ❤️🤗 ps I have helped women (and men) from all over the world achieve their ideal body through self loving, mind fulfilling, Energetic work, and healing strategies that partner with proper diet and exercise which fits to their goals and lifestyle and with February being a new month, that means more client spots open to work with me.
