You know when you have a meal you’re “not supposed to have” or “shouldn’t” or “don’t usually indulge in” & feel guilty or ashamed of it?

In one scenario you end up bloated, guilt ridden, & lethargic & in another you are energized, motivated, & even more aesthetic!

Of course there are MANY variables, especially in the case of a refeed
