You get the point... Overthinking leads to stinking Been there done that Focus on you, your goals, and your needs. Remember that things are always worse when we make them out to be that way And if you don’t know what to think of it all ask, “what’s the worst thing that could happen?” It’s probably not even as bad of a situation or result as you thought 😉 Then ask yourself what’s the NEXT best step you can take for yourself? And do that! Make it easier on yourself rather than dwelling on anything! We are all guilty of this but you can make it through!
