![]() How do you know when you’ve had a ‘good’ day? What defines that for you? Comment below⤵️ When we want to experience something, anything, like a good day for example. It’s important to know what that feels like, looks like, sounds like, etc! We need to be fully aware of what it will be like when we experience or accomplish that desired outcome! Otherwise we are throwing darts without a target! At the end of each day I write down one of my most favorite parts of the day that made me feel alive on a big wall calendar and I LOVE this new habit. At the beginning of the day I write down what I’m looking forward to. Best part? It’s not always the same! There are soooo many awesome things going on. From the way the sky is or the birds chirped to getting closer to your ultimate goals or just doing a little better for yourself than the day before! For me I know I’ve had a really good day when I’ve been present, productive, and self-aware. The days I’m most mindful about the actions I’m taking and if they are moving me closer to my goals I feel most accomplished! The days I am super productive and not wasting time, I feel in my element! The days I am super present in the moment whether that’s with someone, outside, in the gym, or during my schoolwork I feel like I’ve actually lived and gotten something out of the day I know I’ve had a good day when I’ve chosen to make it a good day regardless of anything that comes up along the way! I know I’ve had a good day when I put my dreams and passions first by loving on myself, serving others, and looking for new ways to grow! I know I’ve had a good day when I haven’t felt judgemental or guilty or upset with my choices. Always a good day When I’ve learned or progressed! But at the end of the day, are there really any bad days? Aren’t we the ones who define our day anyways? Who is to say one thing made the whole day bad? Can’t wait to read yours :)
