![]() The lifestyle I choose to live everyday is demanding, VERY demanding. I’m working and ‘going’ all the time whether it’s full time for my own biz and clients, full schedule at an actual physical location, being a full time student, or working out and meal prepping (being full on on prep soon too). I have empathy for people who are always busy whether that is school or a job or kids, being busy is a real thing that can get in our way but it does not have to. I don’t stop when I’m done with the ‘work work’ I then get to the gym for myself, I go 100%, I eat and weigh all my meals that I spent hours prepping through the week, I do a meditation, I wake up extra early for my fasted cardio, I study, I do the daily tasks that need to get done and I don’t let ‘busy’ keep me from taking what I want for myself. And sometimes I run around like a chicken with my head cut off or I feel overwhelmed or I get brain fog or I pass out on the couch and before I know it I’ve taken a long nap—WE ARE STILL HUMAN! Allowing ‘busy’ to stop you is like handing your life and goals away and just saying ‘eh they didn’t mean much to me anyways’ and then complaining about it later as though it’s some external factor forcing YOU to say NO to your goals. The reason I can manage is because I refuse to let anything get in the way of the reality I seek whether that be a better body, more impact, greater amounts of money, time with others, WHATEVER THAT IS FOR YOU, you can’t let anything that ‘means less’ take precedence over the things that ‘mean the most’. Your goals should wake you up in the morning and if you’re anything like me probably even keep you from going to bed at night. They should inspire you and change you through challenges and setbacks and breakthroughs and wins. It’s time to re-evaluate and ask yourself, “where could I be making improvements in my life?” “What small changes can I make to see big results over time?” “What do I need to believe about myself in order to feel capable of attacking each day with a nothing holds me back attitude?” This isn’t to say I don’t kick back and put my feet up or spend time with loved ones or watch movies and just veg out. But what I’m saying is that your health, confidence, self love, body, YOUR LIFE requires YOU to value it SO MUCH that showing up for it comes WITHOUT QUESTION an you DO WHAT IT TAKES TO MAKE THE GOALS YOUR REALITY. Don’t settle when you want more, don’t run from your dreams because it’s ‘hard’ or your ‘busy’. Be the person who sees it through REGARDLESS of circumstance. If it’s time to shift your reality and step into new levels of reality and you are ready to go all in then comment YES below, announce it to the world and make it known!
