Seriously so tired of trainers and coaches saying all that matters is calories in vs. calories out to drop weight.
I cannot even Believe people still teach this or use this as a method for achieving fitness goals.
The gut biome, insulin/ other hormonal responses to food, nutrient needs on a macro AND micro level, as well as the metabolic breakdown of foods should be being considered way more than they are.
They are KEY to going from:
‘getting results, feeling amazing, seeing changes, keeping my body functioning at an optimal level, and improving my health’
Which one would you choose?
I’m not saying calories in vs calories out doesn’t work...I’m just saying there’s a better, more effective way to achieving your goals than this!
