![]() Prioritize your time and your perspective and you can make shit happen. If you’re like me and you like keeping busy and being productive sets your soul on fire then I encourage you to stretch your limits a bit more if you’re feeling good and well and called to! I’m really grateful to be in a time of my life where I feel I can pursue just about anything and everything I want without limitation. I see everything I do as a choice and feel so grateful i have the ability to do this and I’ve worked very hard to let this be the case and have been supported and cheered on along the way. I very rarely feel overwhelmed if I prioritize doing things I love, outsource to my amazing team member @charm.virtual , and make sure to manage my time effectively. When I do feel overwhelmed I step away, sit with it, and reset because i used to try to push through and it would be a worse work product or would take longer and more energy I didn’t have or want to spend There are some things that feel like obligations in my life of course but my perspective is that they’re getting me where I want to go & they allow me to do more of what I want and guide me to what I’ve dreamt of Plus, I make sure to do things that help me recover and take care of myself so it’s not “exhausting” all the time. What I’m saying is, don’t sell yourself short! I’m not saying you have to sleep when your dead or hustle to the point of no return but bring your heart & head together to create the life you want and believe in yourself even more than baseline so you can show yourself what really is possible. Of course, some things aren’t worth your time and energy and it’s important to consider what’s the next best step and what is aligned with your values. Pouring yourself into what matters so you can keep progressing is so much more rewarding than spreading yourself too too thin just to do so. Many people will compare themselves to others based on age or circumstance or they’ll compare to where they want to be & will let that be what holds them back from going for it! What is holding you back? Could it be the comparison? Doubt? Fear? Ability level? Knowledge? Support? Environment?
