The way you look is arbitrary.
Some people will love it others will hate it and many will judge it. But what matters more than the way you look? 1. The way you feel about the way you look 2. The way you treat yourself on a physical and mental level 3. The way you express yourself, your needs, and your standards to the world 4. The way you treat others 5. The way you handle change Our looks are guaranteed to always change. You could wake up with a big ol pimple tomorrow or in 30 years with wrinkled skin. Regardless, if you can be happy with those 5 things and anything else that you hold valuable or meaningful in your life, then isn’t that what matters?? Currently, I’m taking care of myself with proper nutrients, movements, and recovery I spend time on my mindset daily (not talking about listening to a podcast or reading a book—I’m talking about implementation) I make my needs clear to the world through my actions and the people I surround myself with & boundaries i set. I have been described by others in positive ways and I go out of my way for other people and would consider myself a genuine and conscientious person I love change and embrace it. I don’t particularly love a wrench thrown in plans but I can handle it when it happens. Because of these reasons, when I look in the mirror I can find peace even if I don’t feel it right away But then again, some days you’re just feelin yourself 😎💁🏻♀️ I’m good so life’s good😊🙌🏻 When was the last time you felt confident or at peace when you looked in the mirror? What determines that happiness? Is it the amount of lines on your stomach or the number on the scale? Or is there a deeper requirement to gain your own approval of yourself? Take some time to reflect on what truly makes you feel CONFIDENT and at PEACE with great LOVE for your body & yourself Let me know what it is for you😍
