There was a study done which showed that high levels of stress perceived to be NEGATIVE led to an increased risk of premature death.
So, you may experience stress, as we all do, but what truly determines its greatest impact on YOU and your health is YOUR PERCEPTION.
Our beliefs are SO powerful and I cannot stress this enough. When we believe something is horrible, it feels much worse and even has a more negative impact on our lives.
So instead of focusing on how all your stress must be taking a toll on your health, look at your stress as a service to you, something that challenges you but allows you to learn and grow from to become better.
