![]() The love you feel for the dark parts of yourself will reflect in the love you have for the bright parts of yourself. When I was suffering with really bad depression it caused me to become anxious and fearful of myself. But when I started focusing on shining light on my darkest places, going into the wounds, feeling the feelings, and truly taking time to do the healing; things started to shift for me. We will never go a day without darkness within us, but we can choose to bring light out of us and into the world everyday. We can choose to go to the dark places and figure out what their purpose is, how can they serve us, what’s the lesson? When I learned to love what made me feel deeply, have high emotional outbursts of happiness and sadness; I learned to love all of me, because without the darkest parts of me, I wouldn’t embody the brightest parts of me. Self-Love is something I consider a pillar of success in my system to Building More than Just a Body. I share so much more on this in my e-Book which I am happy to share with you as a gift here: BUILDING MORE THAN JUST A BODY E-BOOK
