Once you create your membership and gain access to the platform, you will be immediately presented with the first question, 'Prep or Improvement Season?'
This will determine the end result / your solution so make sure you choose the season you are in/most similar to your current phase.
STEP 2: CHOOSE THE CATEGORY YOU NEED SUPPORT WITH
Based on what challenges you are facing, you will then be given 5 different choices to select from for you to choose which category is most relevant to your struggle;

STEP 3: GET SPECIFIC ABOUT YOUR STRUGGLE
After that you will be prompted with another question asking you more questions specific to the category you chose.
For example, you might feel like you are struggling with body image during your improvement season. So you land on the platform, choose 'improvement season' then choose 'body image' then select from a drop down list which will include options like 'feeling fat/fluffy, I hate my body', etc.
You will select the option that is most similar to how you feel/how you would describe your current dilemma.
STEP 4: THE SOLUTION
From there you will be directed to an instant solution along with some resources. The type of solution may be different based on your previous choices.
Some examples include; video workshops, meditations, journaling prompts, step by step actions through the problem, and more. You will just have to wait and find out, the possibilities are endless!
And you will even be able to request topics as well as get bonus support in the LIVE monthly group call
STEP 5: CONQUER YOUR PROBLEM
And just like that, the problem feels and becomes conquerable!
STEP 6: REVISIT WHEN NECESSARY

"What does this have to do with me becoming the best competitor I can be?"
As a competitor, your mindset is tested and challenged in new ways daily whether you are in prep or in your improvement season.
To become a champion, feel amazing on stage, have successful reverse diets and therefore even more successful preps, as well as work your way up the ranks in the sport, you have to do what others aren't always willing to.

By focusing on your mindset, you would have the mental stamina to support your longevity in this sport!
And, since your mindset wouldn't be sending you into self-destructive spirals with food, body image, discipline or any other challenges that come up as a competitor, you would have more time and energy to focus on becoming the elite level athlete you dream of being.
You don't have to give up competing to 'get your mind right' and you certainly don't have to wait until you 'fail' a reverse diet before working on your relationship with food. And I urge you, from competitor to competitor, don't wait until you NEED to work on your mindset to set yourself apart from the girls next to you, be PROACTIVE so that EVERY time you step on stage you feel empowered, beautiful, proud, and fulfilled regardless of the outcome. This is the mindset that breeds champions.

Hi, I am Celeste Rains-Turk, I included a section below to formally introduce myself but felt like now would be a good time to tell you why I decided to make this platform.
As a Mindset, Self-Love, and Personal Development Coach to competitors all over the world, I have been presented with many struggles that needed immediate guidance to work through and sometimes even a simple, straight solution.
Needless to say, I have a lot of resources and a passion for helping competitors make peace with food, their body, and their goals in every season so they can bring their absolute best to the stage.
Being a competitor myself I can definitely say I wish something like this existed when I started so I wouldn't have had to face so many demons after my first show...
But, lucky for you, I went through a LOT of these struggles that forced me to find solutions and now I am inspired and passionate about sharing them with other competitors, so you don't have to go through it all alone!
At my first show I didn't place at all, I remember feeling so embarassed standing at the side of the curtain and being pulled off stage like I wasn't worthy of being next to the girls with the trophies and medals despite all my work. I realized I had a horrible relationship with food and my body which was revealed to me post-show.
From Nov. 2015 on I made a decision that my mindset wouldn't be what held me back. I immersed myself into personal development, psychology, self-help, healing, mentorship, therapy, support, and all things inner work.
When I stepped back on stage in August 2018, I placed top 5 and then again in February I won my class of over 15 girls and placed top 3 in open. My mind supported me through a double peak week and drove my body into high gear earning me a National Qualification. I had been prepping for 52 weeks, took some time to grow and came back in June with another top 5 placing. And again in September, top 5 again.
This was no accident. Of course, my physique met criteria and my posing presentation was smooth and confident.
BUT, I couldn't have owned it on stage, killed it in the gym, stuck to my diet 100%, or pushed through over a year of prep if I was constantly consumed with thoughts of food, comparing myself to other athletes, feeling disconnected from my goals, longing for a cheat meal, slacking on cardio, being okay with half-assing it in any way shape or form.
Without the identity of a champion, which can only be created by shedding the old identities that didn't serve me and focusing on my mindset day in and day out, I couldn't have had fulfilling experiences throughout my preps or improvement seasons enough to keep my head in the game.
Even the athletes I interview on my Podcast, 'Confessions of a Bikini Pro' who have won top placings on the most prestigious stages like the Olympia and the Arnold as well as those who have won top tier shows, been in this sport for years, earn points, and/or fought their way to the top all attribute their success to their mindset.

Needless to say, there are always going to be some competitors who win titles, points, championships, and trophies without doing any mindset work, but how long do they last? Most of them dwindle and disappear or go through so much that it isn't even fulfilling for them anymore. The worst is when they quit, it breaks my heart to see them quit over issues that can and could have been resolved with deep inner work.
The point is, I made this so that if you are in a pinch, don't know what to do, feel lost, can't stand the weight on your shoulders any longer, or just need the mental boost as an elite athlete, you will ALWAYS have a place to go to receive INSTANT support.
