As a busy entrepreneur running multiple businesses, Jeremy Adams needed a plan that would help him achieve his goals without being time consuming and taking away from his busy life.
Given that he was always traveling and on the go, we worked together to figure out exactly what type of nutrition program would be best for him based on his goals as well as the life he leads. I was able to crunch numbers and also hook Jeremy up with a meal prep company to make his meals and comply with his body’s needs and goals.
Then hold him accountable to his progress, goals, and daily actions. Something I want to make very clear is that all my 1:1 coaching is extremely custom tailored to you and your lifestyle as well as your body.
There’s no way that Jeremy, being as busy as he is, could have spent a ton of time prepping meals throughout the week so for him, he needed a way to know what to eat when he went out to meetings, parties, with friends, traveling, and just to grab out of the fridge during his busy day.
Jeremy was SO consistent and an absolute pleasure to work with. I admire his success in his business and life and I am so glad I could play a key role in lifestyle and getting his health back on point. Aside from all this, Jeremy lost weight and inches and developed a real sustainable way of life.

"My weight has always been a "problem", always something I so badly wanted to change until it come to actually working hard at the gym, or when I was faced with a plateful of donuts. "The eating is good I've got it down to a science when I'm at the grocery store which took a while. It's def hard with all my students bringing in cookies.
