The Confessions of a Bikini Pro Podcast was established in May of 2018 as the first and only place where IFBB Bikini Pros share their struggles, strategies, stories, insights, and advice in a real, raw, and vulnerable setting. Host, Celeste Rains-Turk, dives into the parts of these professionals' lives that aren't always openly discussed in the public eye or on social media (You know, the stuff we tend to wonder about the most).
The goal of this podcast is to educate, inspire, and remind other competitors, athletes, or the average gym goer that even the most elite professionals face hardships, health problems, mental obstacles, and other adversities.
There are a wide range of topics discussed including, but DEFINITELY NOT limited to; post-show rebound, health complications, eating disorders, mental illnesses, winning mindset, dealing with losses, judges feedback, approaches to the stage, life outside of competing, money, relationships, philosophy, pursuing passions, and SO MUCH MORE!

MARINA MALIDEN; Israeli Army, Strop Prep if this Happens, Embrace Shapes, Female Life Decisions
Custom HTML/CSS/JAVASCRIPTToday I speak with IFBB Pro Marina Maliden. She was born in Ukrainian grew up in Israel, where she served Israeli army. After finishing collage, she moved to the United States where she became a NASM certified nutrition coach and personal trainer, as well real estate professional. She started competing in 2013 at a show Israel. Her first NPC show was in 2016. She then went on to compete in 9 National shows where she finally won her Pro card at Nationals in 2022. She made her Pro debut at Texas Pro where she placed 6th. She grew up as a track athlete and a dancer and worked as a professional dancer on cruise ships!
Because of her passion for helping people, she now works as a lifestyle and weight loss online coach. She continues to work in real estate for the same reason, to help people find their dream homes!
