The Confessions of a Bikini Pro Podcast was established in May of 2018 as the first and only place where IFBB Bikini Pros share their struggles, strategies, stories, insights, and advice in a real, raw, and vulnerable setting. Host, Celeste Rains-Turk, dives into the parts of these professionals' lives that aren't always openly discussed in the public eye or on social media (You know, the stuff we tend to wonder about the most).


My usual Daily Routine looks like this:
- Up and Take Bubba out for Potty then feed him
- Take supps and drink an energy drink while completing a bible study reading at least a chapter, praying, and reflecting
- Write a blog either before or after cardio
- Fasted Cardio with Bubba (80-100 minutes)
- Breakfast
-make to do list
- random admin work for business
- Clean Up anything needed to be like dishes, laundry, counters, floors if not already done early in AM or night before
- Go lift if it’s a lifting day
- Shower
- Eat
- Posing
- Work (emails, texts, calls, podcasts, patients, notes, treatment plans, call preps, podcast preps, inquiry replies, socials, etc)
- Breaks for taking out bubba, random chores, and meals
- If I don’t have a late call I might try to make dinner for husband before he gets home from work. But when he gets home I get excited and wind down
- take supps & get ready for bed
- chill w husband and cuddles w bubba
- go to bed early and look at tomorrows calendar
- pray & reflect
- knock out so I can repeat tomorrow
