The Confessions of a Bikini Pro Podcast was established in May of 2018 as the first and only place where IFBB Bikini Pros share their struggles, strategies, stories, insights, and advice in a real, raw, and vulnerable setting. Host, Celeste Rains-Turk, dives into the parts of these professionals' lives that aren't always openly discussed in the public eye or on social media (You know, the stuff we tend to wonder about the most).
The goal of this podcast is to educate, inspire, and remind other competitors, athletes, or the average gym goer that even the most elite professionals face hardships, health problems, mental obstacles, and other adversities.
There are a wide range of topics discussed including, but DEFINITELY NOT limited to; post-show rebound, health complications, eating disorders, mental illnesses, winning mindset, dealing with losses, judges feedback, approaches to the stage, life outside of competing, money, relationships, philosophy, pursuing passions, and SO MUCH MORE!

Best Weekend Ever!
The 2025 Build More than Just a Body Retreat was the most amazing weekend ever!
This group of women was full of love, positivity, intelligence, depth, and fun! It was a great time that I’ll always cherish.
(We are known as the iron vixens now lol)
Normally I go into it hoping they find connections with each other that last forever but I can honestly say I’m also walking away from this wishing we could press repeat on the whole experience.
There is something about being surrounded by women who GET you and are totally kind, open, and a joy to be around.
It’s important to find people you can relate to and connect with but it’s a true gift when you do find that and it happens so naturally!
This group of women surprised me. Some people think Im crazy for having strangers come stay with me for a weekend at my own home but I can say the trust given to them is a result of the trust they’ve put in me to be part of their journey and provide them with a restorative, educational, fun, and freeing experience.
I am already looking forward to 2026… 🩵🧠💜
