The Confessions of a Bikini Pro Podcast was established in May of 2018 as the first and only place where IFBB Bikini Pros share their struggles, strategies, stories, insights, and advice in a real, raw, and vulnerable setting. Host, Celeste Rains-Turk, dives into the parts of these professionals' lives that aren't always openly discussed in the public eye or on social media (You know, the stuff we tend to wonder about the most).

The goal of this podcast is to educate, inspire, and remind other competitors, athletes, or the average gym goer that even the most elite professionals face hardships, health problems, mental obstacles, and other adversities.

There are a wide range of topics discussed including, but DEFINITELY NOT limited to; post-show rebound, health complications, eating disorders, mental illnesses, winning mindset, dealing with losses, judges feedback, approaches to the stage, life outside of competing, money, relationships, philosophy, pursuing passions, and SO MUCH MORE!

Choosing a Coach

Choosing a Coach

May 21, 20252 min read

I often say my only regret in competing is not hiring Adam sooner.

Thank you Coach @seeyoulaterleaner for always believing in me and supporting me since we very first virtually met

You’re an incredible coach, friend, and person. I often say “we” when referring to the work, timeline, and efforts throughout the journey

“We” are getting a carb bump, “we” are pushing this week. “We” nailed it. “We” are tightening up…filling out….seeing good changes….

Whatever it might be i consider it a “we” thing because you have been the guide all the way through. I trust my coach with my life.

I truly cannot express what a positive impact Adam made on my journey as a competitor.

From doing a bloodwork review before I was his client and helping me get my period back so fast, to actually taking me on when I was very run down in a prep all the way through 2022-2025 in grow and prep season; Adam has been the best.

I have always felt like his only client and like my health, future, and values were considered in every communication made and programming provided.

Adam never pressured me into the use of any sort of enhancements and respected my desire to never use them. He brought me to the best place I’ve ever been when it comes to eating more and maintaining a lower body fat.

He fixed my periods, hormonal challenges, SIBO, and even some heartbreaks along the way.

Whenever I am with Adam I feel like he has nowhere better to be even though I’m always positive he does. He’s a genuine, funny, kind person who has never been anything but supportive of me as a person, professional, and athlete.

I sometimes beat myself up for not working with him sooner because I truly feel like the work I’ve done with Adam could have been “just the beginning” when you consider how much has progressed since we had started together.

But I am also so grateful he has been and is my coach through these seasons and life changes.

Plus we have done cool work together like podcasts and video series

I have such positive memories with him, @the_fran_chise and @mrsseeyoulaterleaner that I’ll always cherish
