The Confessions of a Bikini Pro Podcast was established in May of 2018 as the first and only place where IFBB Bikini Pros share their struggles, strategies, stories, insights, and advice in a real, raw, and vulnerable setting. Host, Celeste Rains-Turk, dives into the parts of these professionals' lives that aren't always openly discussed in the public eye or on social media (You know, the stuff we tend to wonder about the most).
The goal of this podcast is to educate, inspire, and remind other competitors, athletes, or the average gym goer that even the most elite professionals face hardships, health problems, mental obstacles, and other adversities.
There are a wide range of topics discussed including, but DEFINITELY NOT limited to; post-show rebound, health complications, eating disorders, mental illnesses, winning mindset, dealing with losses, judges feedback, approaches to the stage, life outside of competing, money, relationships, philosophy, pursuing passions, and SO MUCH MORE!

New Month Intententinos
They say that April showers bring May flowers. God has been watering me through challenges and I know His plan and His will is always worth surrendering to.
Sometimes that’s very challenging to do because things of the world try to tell us that it’s better to have our OWN goals, ways, desires, and plans
I’ve been guilty of going to God and telling him what I want and what I’m going to do and in reading the book of James this week, I’ve realized that is such a sin against him and his way
I have been humbled by the truth, again, out of His love for me
I say I truly want and desire what he wants and has for me but to truly surrender to that can be so difficult if pride or ego or whisper of doubt from the devil
But in pursuit of MY way, I find it only pulls me further from HIM and that is not how I want my life to be. The direction I’m going is only truly known by Him.
And when you really think about it, what a blessing and RELIEF it is to have a God who already knows and has already decided your steps and all you have to do is be present in him and allow him to be present in you so that He may direct them in the most gratifying and satisfying way
.
My intention for this month is to release the need to know, embrace the love God has for me in His plans even when I don’t understand, and pray to Him with humility and openness to His direction
