The Confessions of a Bikini Pro Podcast was established in May of 2018 as the first and only place where IFBB Bikini Pros share their struggles, strategies, stories, insights, and advice in a real, raw, and vulnerable setting. Host, Celeste Rains-Turk, dives into the parts of these professionals' lives that aren't always openly discussed in the public eye or on social media​ (You know, the stuff we tend to wonder about the most).

The goal of this podcast is to educate, inspire, and remind other competitors, athletes, or the average gym goer that even the most elite professionals face hardships, health problems, mental obstacles, and other adversities.

There are a wide range of topics discussed including, but DEFINITELY NOT limited to; post-show rebound, health complications, eating disorders, mental illnesses, winning mindset, dealing with losses, judges feedback, approaches to the stage, life outside of competing, money, relationships, philosophy, pursuing passions, and SO MUCH MORE!

Our "WHY" is not enough!

OUR “WHY” IS NOT ENOUGH📣

I know that everyone tells you to know your why, but if that was enough I wouldn’t be saying that I’ve had the same conversation with the majority of my clients who despite knowing their “why” still struggle with follow through

What you need to know are your values

This is going to be more likely to last across years whereas a why often changes seasonally or with the wind lol

Your values rarely change, unless you have a come to Jesus moment of course, but normally they are with you! I still encourage a reevaluation every 6-12 months but I equip my clients with the tools and resources to make that very easy to do

When you’re struggling with motivation or you are hitting the wall, it’s easy to fall into self-doubt or a cycle of sabotage but when you can reconnect to what really matters to you at your core you’re more likely to see your action steps or necessary disciplines as non-negotiable

When you’re really looking into what your core values are you want to think about what gets you up in the morning? What drives everything you do and what’s really behind some of the identities you’ve chosen to embody or try to. Often times we can find our values revealed in the things that we focus on or prioritize sometimes though we get lost in “to do” and forget what really matters.
