The Confessions of a Bikini Pro Podcast was established in May of 2018 as the first and only place where IFBB Bikini Pros share their struggles, strategies, stories, insights, and advice in a real, raw, and vulnerable setting. Host, Celeste Rains-Turk, dives into the parts of these professionals' lives that aren't always openly discussed in the public eye or on social media​ (You know, the stuff we tend to wonder about the most).

The goal of this podcast is to educate, inspire, and remind other competitors, athletes, or the average gym goer that even the most elite professionals face hardships, health problems, mental obstacles, and other adversities.

There are a wide range of topics discussed including, but DEFINITELY NOT limited to; post-show rebound, health complications, eating disorders, mental illnesses, winning mindset, dealing with losses, judges feedback, approaches to the stage, life outside of competing, money, relationships, philosophy, pursuing passions, and SO MUCH MORE!

🚩 I’m so exhausted I don’t even wanna do this workout ➡️ Half-ass effort and focus on getting it over with instead of doing it right

🚩 I am probably not even gunna drop more fat or gain muscle anyways so what’s the point?➡️ Less commitment to following through on the process because you’re too fixated on the product

🚩 I hate being so hungry all the time and being around other people eating what I want but can’t. ➡️ more likely to fixate on food, lack gratitude for the fact you get to choose to diet/restrict intake, I repeat, CHOOSE, & potentially act out against your plan

✅ I am grateful for another day. Even though I feel tired and hungry I know it’s a choice to commit to this and I’m going to do everything I can to make every day worth it ➡️ Showing up with your best you can and making an effort irregardless of feeling

✅ I feel so good after I do my cardio and nourish my body with meals. I know I’m working hard toward my goal so that’s so awesome for me. The Body is the bonus ➡️ gratitude and patience with the process because you feel fulfilled in the journey instead of distracted by trying to rush to the end result

Setting your mind up for success makes a huge difference. It was important for me to share this because I’ve been feeling so excited every morning waking up with a fire to tackle the day even with difficulties or challenges I am able to focus on the blessing that is bodybuilding and all that it’s given me!
