The Confessions of a Bikini Pro Podcast was established in May of 2018 as the first and only place where IFBB Bikini Pros share their struggles, strategies, stories, insights, and advice in a real, raw, and vulnerable setting. Host, Celeste Rains-Turk, dives into the parts of these professionals' lives that aren't always openly discussed in the public eye or on social media​ (You know, the stuff we tend to wonder about the most).

The goal of this podcast is to educate, inspire, and remind other competitors, athletes, or the average gym goer that even the most elite professionals face hardships, health problems, mental obstacles, and other adversities.

There are a wide range of topics discussed including, but DEFINITELY NOT limited to; post-show rebound, health complications, eating disorders, mental illnesses, winning mindset, dealing with losses, judges feedback, approaches to the stage, life outside of competing, money, relationships, philosophy, pursuing passions, and SO MUCH MORE!

In this episode of the exclusive coach's week, host Celeste Rains-Turk has an in depth conversation with founder of Bair Aesthetics, Registered Dietitian, a 2016 Graduate from The Ohio State University who received his Master's of Science degree in Medical Dietetics and who has had his ACSM personal trainer certification for over 8 years, Dylan Bair.

Dylan talks about his philosophy behind 'No BS, just Science', how his background as a Registered Dietitian influences his coaching approach, the truth behind going to extremes, and why he believes in flexible dieting. 

Celeste and Dylan talk about why it is important to be prepared post-show, what happens when we eat the same things every day, and how having longer preps can prove more beneficial for overall health, shape, and aesthetics. 

Dylan also shares how he has cultivated a team spirit, what he does to maintain it, and how he addresses the various hypothetical situations presented to him. He shares his opinions on why he doesn't believe in watercutting, waist trainers, or HIIT close to a show. He even opens up about what it is like for him to coach his girlfriend.
