The Confessions of a Bikini Pro Podcast was established in May of 2018 as the first and only place where IFBB Bikini Pros share their struggles, strategies, stories, insights, and advice in a real, raw, and vulnerable setting. Host, Celeste Rains-Turk, dives into the parts of these professionals' lives that aren't always openly discussed in the public eye or on social media​ (You know, the stuff we tend to wonder about the most).

The goal of this podcast is to educate, inspire, and remind other competitors, athletes, or the average gym goer that even the most elite professionals face hardships, health problems, mental obstacles, and other adversities.

There are a wide range of topics discussed including, but DEFINITELY NOT limited to; post-show rebound, health complications, eating disorders, mental illnesses, winning mindset, dealing with losses, judges feedback, approaches to the stage, life outside of competing, money, relationships, philosophy, pursuing passions, and SO MUCH MORE!

For this exclusive episode of coach’s week, Celeste Rains-Turk has an extensive conversation with founder and head coach of Fit Body Fusion who turned pro at the 2011 USAs and competed at the Olympia in 2011 and 2012 at over 40 years old. She has been coaching for nearly 10 years with an MBA, as well as a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology and a PhD in holistic nutrition, Jami Debernard.

Tune in to hear Jami's past experience as a competitor that drove her to develop her ART of living methodology, the impact of genetics in an athlete's success, and the struggles she faced with her health that led her to pursue an education to support her clients' health.

Jami shares why she has a team of coach's and the extensive process they are put through to be a part of the team and qualified to work with her girls. She shares how important emotional intelligence is to being a good coach, what she does to develop team spirit among all of her clients,how she uses knowledge to motivate her clients. and why having a conversation is one of the most important things girls can do before deciding to hire a coach.

Jami also opens up about the variables she considers when deciding if fasted cardio, minor water cutting, or more time is necessary to make sure a client is ready. She also talks about how she focuses on getting her girls to a point of cruising into a show instead of taking them to extremes to meet a certain date.
