We came together as strangers and left as sisters, gathering with hope in our hearts for inner transformation, knowledge and growth. 

When I walked into the doors of the Bayside Conference Room to see a beautiful view of the water, boats, and warm sunshine peaking in, I knew magic was going to unfold.

Envisioning this event for years, going all in planning and promoting for it this summer, and seeing it come to life this fall was an absolute dream. 

I set powerful intentions each day for my event, leading up to it I especially spent time visualizing transformations occcuring, breakthroughs ensuing, and connections forming.

As each woman walked in the doors I could feel the energy strengthen in the room; each and every person served a purpose there that I will always remember.

I was amazed by the ways that each individual held space for the others, how they listened to each other, honored one another, and supported each and everyone there. 

I loved how they asked questions, spoke up about what they were going through, shared openly, and came with completely open minds.

We cried, we laughed (a lot actually), we meditated, we walked, we learned.

As much as I was the host and the leader of the workshop, this event taught me so much as well.

As we discussed self-love, body image, food relationships, and mindset related topics I could FEEL shifts happening in the room.

The energy in the room when we left it was even more beautiful than when we arrived. 

I have an overwhelming feeling of joy, gratitude, and purpose welling within me not only when I reflect but as I write this.

Many of us didn't even want to leave!

I am so grateful, so happy, that people traveled near and far to come to the event. We had girls from Florida, South Carolina, and Arizona! We had people drive from different parts of California too. All to come together and BUILD MORE THAN JUST A BODY.

That my friends, is what wakes me up in the morning. 

If I could express how I feel it would be in the form of art with a heart exploding colors and lights. 

I have no other words to express what happened in that room other than, you really need to experience it for yourself to know.
