Last week I went live in my private client and member only community for our monthly group workshop/coaching call and shared my step by step process to tapping into greater levels of trust so that they can feel confident about their ability to get the results they want.
While I am not going to share the entire step by step process here, I am going to give some insight you can implement from it that I felt inspired to share :)
First and foremost, trust comes down to knowledge, understanding, faith and reliability
Reflect on times you have felt someone was trustworthy or you have trusted a process or something you were doing--I am sure you will find one or all of those elements in that situation
Being aware of this, I have formulated questions and use these for myself when I start to feel a bit uneasy about if I really trust my ability to actually get where I want to go
Now I will pose them to you to reflect, journal, or have a think on;
1. WHAT KNOWLEDGE DO YOU HAVE ABOUT GETTING WHERE YOU WANT TO GO?
2. WHAT UNDERSTANDING DO YOU HAVE ABOUT YOURSELF, YOUR PAST, AND YOUR ABILITY TO GET THERE IN THE WAY THAT IS BEST FOR YOU?
3. WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BELIEVE ABOUT YOURSELF, THE PROCESS (AND NEW PROCESSES), AND THE RESULT IN ORDER TO MOVE YOURSELF FORWARD EACH DAY?
4. HOW CAN YOU RELY ON YOURSELF AND YOUR PLAN TO WORK/GET YOU THERE?—EX SET A SCHEDULE, PREP AHEAD, TELL SOMEONE, SEEK A MENTOR, GET IN A ROUTINE, TRACK HABITS, ETC.
