What’s the best lesson bodybuilding has taught you?
For me? Patience
I honestly had the discipline before I got into the sport. Plus, I loved the lifestyle and was already living it
I was an athlete for my whole life before bodybuilding and I knew discipline, will, commitment, competition, and even pain
But I had yet to truly know patience the way I’ve come to know it with this sport
What’s your most coveted lesson? I’d love to learn with and through you!😊❤️
