  2. I SEE BODIES THROUGH THE LENS OF WHAT THEY CAN DO, REPRESENT, AND HOW THEY PERFORM & STRUGGLE TO SEE HOW SOME THINGS ARE SEXUALIZED. I HAVE BEEN IN THIS WORLD SINCE I WAS 16 SO I DON’T REALLY SEE A “BUTT”, I SEE “GLUTES”.

  3. I LOST JUDGMENT ON TYPES OF FOOD AND WORKOUTS. I SEE THE VALUE IN ALL SORTS OF FOODS, MOVEMENTS, AND APPROACHES.

  4. REST IS WELCOMED BECAUSE I NOW KNOW IT IS NECESSARY FOR HEALTH, RECOVERY, BUILDING

  5. YOU CAN WALK AWAY AS A WINNER WITHOUT A TROPHY, MEDAL, OR TITLE. WINNING CAN MEAN A LOT OF DIFFERENT THINGS. 10 YEARS OF GROWTH AND PROGRESS IN THE SPORT AND NO PRO CARD DOES NOT MEAN I WAS UNSUCCESSFUL.
