I don't plan to compete again

Current Fitness Goals Now That I Don’t Plan to Compete Again: 

• Build Muscle Everywhere without Worrying about Perfect balance or symmetry

• Strengthen my Entire Body but especially re-strengthen my legs that have been a bit neglected

• Establish what my life and “normal” will look like without a show in mind

• Prepare my body for a potential pregnancy with mobility, pelvic floor work, balance, and strengthening of posterior chain and core

• Be conditioned in endurance to feel confident in weighted hikes, walks, sprints, runs etc

• Do lots of pull-ups and push ups even as weight goes up

• Maintain lower body fat percentage while reversing but also be flexible enough to accept physique changes that might look “different” than if I were to not be retiring from the sport

This was a list I started during prep and finished post show. I’m sure it’ll continue to evolve with me but It excites me. Since the show I’ve just been treating the gym like a playground and pushing harder due to feeling better which has been really great. I’ve also been able to listen to and connect with my body more. I’m excited for the next steps and grateful I get to live a healthy, nourishing, fit, full life
