On world mental health day I’d like to announce I’m officially enrolled in Graduate School for a MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling
I AM SO EXCITED to be taking this next step in my education, knowledge, experience, and true expertise so I can continue serving my clients (current and future) at an even higher level
I kept having these persistent visions of me leading group therapy retreats, having my own eating disorder recovery center with extra emphasis on overall self-concept and body image, I kept seeing myself speaking on panels, being the go to expert in the fitness industry on this, especially for competitors, and shining light on the dark places that many sweep under the rug or keep hush hush
While I recognize the impact I am already making helping women worldwide truly transform their relationship with food, their body, and their goals
Imagine the impact I can make as I continue to develop more knowledge and skills?
The work I am passionate about doing is absolutely NOT to be taken lightly. Therefore, I’m ready to make my load a little heavier, dig deeper, and learn even more so I can continue supporting others in their journey
I am looking forward to seeing where this takes me and eventually my business and mission and overall service
What I’m doing is POWERFUL WORK but who says I can’t go after even MORE. Especially when it involves mental health, I want to be able to hit ALL the angles with my clients. No stone left unturned or up to someone else...
