- it’s been awhile since you have really considered how the daily habits of bodybuilding benefit other life areas and your core values

- the goals you’re after no longer align with your true calling

- you’re focused too much on satisfying others’ goals and desires for you and not checking in with your own

- autopilot has been the norm thus leading to disconnection from your body and choices

- other areas of your life and health need your attention

- your support system is not being prioritized and you are isolating

- the only thing you’re focused on is the “next” or the end result when the reward is found in the present moment
