The Best Tools for Mental Performance

Ever questioned how it’ll feel to walk on stage? Whether it’s your first time or your 14th time, I know the nerves and jitters still come out because of how much you care!

You’ve put your all into prep and want to make sure it shows on stage. All those hours of posing practice, you want it reflected up there.

Then the doubts kick in. What if I____?? Fall, stumble, forget my routine, mess up, go too fast, go too slow, don’t go to the side they told me to, get rushed off by the girl behind me, lose an earring, my suit comes untied or breaks….? THE LIST GOES ON!

I’ve heard it all!

I can honestly say this last year of competing was the best I ever felt before going on stage and when on stage.

It is even hard for me to describe it in detail but I felt grounded, at ease, and in control of my jitters.

I was able to control the body shakes when they started and it was like everything fell away when I hit the stage.
