Why being stage lean is awesome but not sustainable👇 (a kind of humorous lighthearted outlook that hopefully makes you laugh out of relatability instead of get defensive😉😜)
1) You aren’t spending as much time eating meals because you don’t have as much to eat and you’ve got so much cardio to do
2) Feeling invincible like you can do any physical activity without restraint, well with another energy drink of course
3) The grocery bill is lower until you gotta restock your extra lean protein and fresh green beans or asparagus
4) Everything in your closet is fun to wear because nothing is squeezing you uncomfortably but then you’re either too cold to wear it or your butt can’t fill out a pair of jeans to save your life
5) You get to rest knowing you put in a ton of work but you can’t sit down anywhere without a cushion for all your boney parts
6) If you miss your period you might be kind of glad to go a month without it but then instead of period pains you’re managing the anxiety of questioning if you’re pregnant or if you’re going to need to go on some crazy post show protocol to get your period back
7) All your discipline is obvious on the outside even though most of what you’re consistently doing isn’t necessarily something you’d recommend to general population and usually those are the people who are more worried about you than impressed
8) Your body is a machine burning through any and everything but there’s a part of you that knows it won’t last forever and it generally comes with a rage to have more food bumps because the refeed or rest or food bump made your body go nuts
9) There’s this feeling that you can and will be super productive in every other thing in your life. It’s like you become capable of more than you ever imagined. Of course this is only because now you have literally no other time to waste or put it off or relax and you may not be sleeping consistently so might as well knock more out
10) It’s easier to do pull-ups and you feel like a badass. Ok that’s just a plus I can’t think of anything truly wrong with that or which makes it unsustainable. Unless of course the judges told you to stop training your upper body
What’d I miss?🤭👀
