I’ll be conducting a breakout session on mental health in the main ballroom

You get to choose to participate in 2 different breakout sessions as part of your event experience & there are many amazing options so I hope you’ll consider spending time with me during the afternoon breakout sessions to discuss all things food relationship, body image, self-concept and any of your desired topics during the session which I hope to be Psychoeducational and intimate❤️

My intention is to provide support, tools, and education to those who attend the session🙌. If you can’t make it, I hope you’ll share this with your teammates, friends, clients, and followers who are going so they know they can register and get mental health support🧠

I attended the women’s workshop last year when it was literally in my backyard of Chandler, AZ & I loved it

Connecting with all the women, hearing the speakers, seeing the athletes do their thing. All I could think was how it would be a dream to contribute one day just like all those women who are giving back to the community

I reached out to Sandy with my desire to contribute & was in a puddle of happy tears when she said YES!

@joe_pishkula has played a pivotal role in making sure all of this happens as he really believes in me & has a spirit for helping others too. Our heart to heart conversations mean so much to me & to have your belief in something that means everything to me is really inexplicable🙏🏻
