Stephanie reached out to me just after Christmastime as she transitioned into an improvement season. As a baker and food photographer, Stephanie was severely impacted by binge eating after her first season as a competitor.
She was afraid of food, afraid to take baking orders, afraid even being around sugar because she was worried it would all trigger a binge episode.
Through the 5 Week Food Journaling Program, Stephanie has regained her love for baking AND control over the choices she makes surrounding food. She is intentional about her meals, how she spends her day, and her workouts.
Stephanie started with a lack of confidence in herself to repair her relationship with food, but through honesty with herself and commitment to the program that was her last ditch effort, she has done so well and far surpassed her expectations!
She has changed her relationship with food and foresees a future in the sport of bodybuilding and continued ability to do what she loves within her baking business without complications.
