I have had the dream of becoming an IFBB pro for a decade and in that decade I’ve fallen in love with every aspect of the process, the community, and even found a way to serve using my passion and education in psychology and clinical mental health counseling to help other competitors #BuildMoreThanJustaBody not just through my resources and services but #ConfessionsOfaBikiniPro Podcast too

Looking at this journey I’ve been on, there has been heartbreak, pain, setbacks, failure, grief (lots of this), and all the other wild things that you can possibly imagine happening in a 10 year span

But there’s also been an incredible amount of love, blessings, opportunities, lessons, wins, connection, and all the beautiful things you can imagine in a 10 year span

My story is one of growing faith, constant overcoming and a disciplined drive to pursue the dream

No matter what happens between now and 23 days from now there will be 3 things that are true

1) God’s love and His plan is ENOUGH FOR ME. Let His will be done. He loves me no matter what and for that I owe my life to Jesus

2) I have given my all without wavering on my values or commitments

3) The most fulfilled I’ve felt is in the daily pursuit. Every moment on stage has been a cherry on top that allows my spirit to revel in all that’s been grown in me through this

While there is so much more to say, the journey is not done… each day a new me is being born from the old me and I will continue to push against odds, doubters, and myself

I’m so grateful for all the support I’ve received. You all have no idea how much it truly means to me and uplifts me daily
