What Makes a Woman Confident?

What Makes a Woman Confident?

February 20, 20252 min read

Confidence isn’t about always feeling your best—it’s about showing up for yourself, even when you don’t feel like that.

A confident woman isn’t the one who never doubts herself; she’s the one who refuses to let those doubts or fears dictate every one of her actions

She trusts herself, even when those fears creep in.

She knows her worth isn’t determined by a number on the scale, a trophy on a shelf, or the opinions of others. But rather by her creator, values, and presence alone

True confidence comes from:

😍 Keeping the promises you make to yourself—when you follow through, you build trust in yourself.

😍 Embracing your imperfections—they don’t make you less worthy or valuable; they make you real. Often times they give you insight into areas for growth whether from a belief standpoint or legitimate behavior change standpoint

😍 Prioritizing growth over perfection—confidence doesn’t come from having all the answers or being seen as the best but from believing you can figure things out, be humble enough to get support & give credit where it’s due, seek wisdom, and always commit to learning. Perfection just doesn’t exist anyways. What you see as “perfect” today could be different tomorrow. Trying to live up to anyone else’s standards of perfect is committing a slow death upon your true self—but the one who grieves will be those who truly loved you for you

😍 Owning your voice and choices—you don’t need validation when you stand in truth. Sure it can be hard to share what goes against the norm or that which is widely adopted as “normal” but your voice and views can change the world!! I brought and bring mental health to an industry that desperately needed and needs it despite being told it would never work!

At the end of the day, confidence is built through action. The more you show up, the more you see you are capable. And the more YOU believe in yourself, the less the outside noise matters.
