New month… same focus

New month… same focus🔬🎯. Here’s what I do to get a new month started right:

- Printable calendar filled in with travel, important dates and info, times with my husband’s son and to do items for me and my husband to knock out for the month. This also helps me see what I need to be prepared for and organize other objectives with these in mind

- Total finance review from the previous month to stay on top of it. And I don’t like to carry any debts so pay off any cards used with cash back earned and $ in bank

- Audit all clients and make sure my folders for them are organized and do a review of podcasts scheduled and update my tracking sheet for this

- Reflect and Pray (this is daily but with more intent for the new month & gratitude for the last) & update my verse of the month on the fridge

- Schedule any “unfinished business”. If I had it on my to do list but it didn’t get done it needs to be prioritized and therefore gets scheduled in asap

- Evaluate how my progress in bodybuilding is going with posing, cardio, nutrition, training and see how I can challenge myself more or make tweaks to be better. This is frequent too but a bit more consideration at this time goes in to have the intentions aligned especially with being FIVE weeks out now and a few events lined up for the month
