Yesterday was my 29th birthday! Praise Jesus for another year and so much love. From getting engaged, marrying my bestie, overcoming challenging health complications and facing realities of my own mental condition, competing 3 times, running multiple retreats, traveling, getting a dog, getting pregnant right before my last show, and becoming an aunt to a niece, growing in faith and in the local church, doing more general mental health counseling as an independent contractor LAC for a clinic in AZ, speaking engagements, there were many highlights. This year was also incredibly challenging in so many ways I can’t even put into words. Honestly a lot of times I don’t know how I got through it. If you had me make a list you’d be shocked I had anything good left to say but hey here we are. I can’t believe this is the year I held my baby in my womb and this coming year is the one where I get to hold him in my arms. I am grateful for the love that surrounds me. I had a beautiful birthday and enjoyed dinner and game night with my husband and my sister and her husband and seeing the kiddos too. ❤️ praying this upcoming year is full of more blessings than hardships and loss
