Recipe:
1.5 cup pumpkin purée
1 tsp pumpkin spice
2 tbsp stevia
2 large spoons of all natural peanut butter
1/2 cup whey protein (I used vanilla chai but cinnamon would probably be awesome too)
Instructions:
Took me about 5 min to make and then chill time, but like I said, doesn't need to be chilled, can be eaten right out of the blender if you really feel like it ;)
Puree first 3 ingredients (add water to make easier if using a blender)
Add in peanut butter and whey protein until all smooth
Pour mixture into bowl, sprinkle with PB2 then chill until desired temp!
The mix is healthiest without toppings you see in video but if you're dying for a healthier cheat meal or a healthy treat to bring to a party add:
-chocolate chips
-white chocolate chips
-graham cracker
-any other toppings you would like!
