Instant Oats or Oats of choice (1 serving- I used 3/4 cup)
Stevia or other natural sweetener (optional)
Spices: Pumpkin Spice Mix, or Cinnamon and Nutmeg (cinnamon and Stevia tastes great alone too!)
Water
Pour oats in microwave safe bowl
Add water to oats (create consistency you want)
Add spices and sweetener
Mix
Microwave for 1 min
