Ingredients in order of putting into blender:
Water (or milk of choice)
Ice (about a handful or around 6 cubes)
Raspberries (about a handful or so)
Banana (I rip in half because I like to I guess lol)
Whey protein of choice
This is my favorite post workout smoothie for restoring glycogen along with some fast digesting carbs and some good ol' protein :)
