You can have everything in the world but never feel free
Freedom is a mindset, a feeling, gratitude
It’s a commitment to liberating yourself from limitations that exist in your mind & shackle your heart
One of my personal core values is freedom & it wasn’t until I realized freedom was a mentality that I not only felt it but started to have tangible evidence of it
Some of the tangibles were there already but I refused to recognize them as freedom because I was chasing the next thing or comparing my level of free to someone else’s
Because my mind was trapped, I couldn’t actually SEE the freedom i already had!
I had to free myself from a lot over the years…
Scarcity
Shame
Guilt
Doubt
Depression
Eating, Exercise, & Body related Disorders
Relationships
There is a difference between mental liberation & avoidance though
To truly be free is an ongoing commitment to facing what makes us feel trapped. We cannot run from it, that is not true freedom, it is false sense of freedom with the looming darkness from the shadows we refuse to look at
I often experience the freeest version of me when laughing with loved ones, being on a stage to speak or compete, working with others through their mental health needs, learning, connecting, being in nature, experiencing novelties of life… the list could go on
What I used to equate to freedom is still part of the bigger picture for me but I have come to learn you cannot attain anything without a mentality prepared to receive & detachment from the outcomes
I strive for greatness every day. Not from a place of lack but from a place of LOVE, JOY, & GRATITUDE!

I had to do a LOT to get to the lifestyle I have now & I’m still not where I want to be but I also am happy to be where I am & grateful to God for providing for me, seeing me through my storms, & keeping me grounded when things around me haven’t been…
Freedom is found in the heart & experienced by the soul but it takes a conscious effort to support the mind in changing any habitual thinking & behavior patterns that do not align with the FEELING of freedom
