Yesterday was a dream❤️ I’m still on cloud 9. I competed in the @npccarolinanatural where I place first in my class and came 2nd in the overall. I felt so amazing on that stage and so happy yesterday. It was really a beautiful and magical day

I am so thankful for all of the support from you guys and the show itself was so wonderfully ran and everyone was so helpful and encouraging from the @ascend.withus and @elite_performance_tanning team and the expeditors @chris_hollingsworth had in place as well as the judges whose job I do not envy

I am really proud of the package I brought because it was absolutely my best I’ve ever brought

You know after 10 years this was my second time winning first place. As cool as it would have been to take the overall, I was happy to have a shot and I was grateful to know I was close…

I truly love the process of this sport and could not be more grateful to be carrying momentum into the pro qualifier @pittpowerfit next weekend

I almost have no words to really sum up how I have been feeling I am so joyful, grateful and at total peace I truly have felt connected to God‘s strength love and I know his plan is best and I truly feel like he equipped me to receive that and know that it was enough and is enough for me always

I am so overjoyed knowing I get to do something I love so much and have had the opportunity to for all these years

I’m so excited to connect with so many more women this upcoming weekend and I’m so grateful for all the women I’ve connected with this season already it’s been so incredible. 

My heart is absolutely bursting and I’m so grateful for all of your kind words of support and celebration. 

Now, to keep getting better with the support of my coach @seeyoulaterleaner who has made every moment of prep incredible and has been every bit of supportive. And to @posingbya for dialing in my posing week after week.
