There are a LOT of common things in this world that are not all that healthy, and Macro Hoarding is one of those things

While there are FEW benefits when utilized strategically, the risk and negative impacts are more likely to be felt by those who do hoard macros

I see so many comments on people's posts or even videos from influencers telling people that what has helped them is to 'just save most of the macros for the end of the day' NOOO!

If anything, this only continues to promote an uncomfortably full feeling being sought late at night (at least for those trying to use this as a way to combat binging)-I have talked with @nicoleferrierfitness on her podcast 'Beyond the Bikini Radio' about many of these so called "helpful hacks" that are in fact NOT helpful long term... so be sure to check that out...

As outlined in the infographic, there are not just mental health risks but also performance risks at play here and as an ATHLETE your priority should be more focused on how well you feel and perform because this is going to have a greater impact on your physique and longevity over the course of many years

What are your thoughts on this?! Pro Macro Hoarding or Anti?

I know it has positively affected some but it is not great to use over extended periods of times

I am not going to sugar coat it when it comes to your mental health in this sport...so sometimes we don't want to hear what we need to hear
