In this episode, host Celeste Rains-Turk dives deep with Amy Landry, 30 year old athlete who earned her procard in 2017 at Junior Nationals and works as a full-time pharmacist.

Tune in to hear all about how Amy feels about working in a field outside of the fitness industry, how she became a pharmacist, what she does to manage her time day to day, and how she has taken on the 'whatever it takes mentality'.
Amy opens up about many of the health challenges she has been facing including; Hypothyroidism, PCOS, Hiatial Hernia, and GERD and how those things have impacted her life on and off prep.

Amy tells us how she is doing this prep differently, how not focusing on an end date has relieved some pressure for her, and what inspired her to keep it to herself for awhile.

We also dig into how she learned that leaner isn't always better, the feedback the judges gave her and the last minute posing changes she made with Kenny Wallach that she believes helped her to win her pro card.
