ELISABET VANG; Live Like an Athlete, Tips for Prepping Yourself, Bikini Girls can Lift Heavy, Morning Routine

Today, I speak with IFBB Pro Elisabet Vang, a 23-years-old from the Faroe Island. She works full time as physical coach for a football (soccer) team in the best division where she’s from. Sports has always been her passion and ever since childhood. She has played everything from football (soccer) , handball, volleyball, to gymnastics. She fell deeply in love with bodybuilding when she started strength training through handball at the age of 16. She did my first bikini competition in 2016 and has been competed in different federations every year since (except covid year 2020)


In 2021, she quit playing football and started her job as a physical football (soccer) coach and decided to give her all into bodybuilding. She been self coached since 2019, earned her Pro card in September 2021 and recently placed 3rd at her second pro show!


Elisabet has such a unique background and fitness journey. You won’t want to miss this interview!
